Joe McHenry graduated with a B.A. in English Literature from UC Berkeley. He grew up in a New York neighborhood that had no citrus trees. This helps explain his obsession with lemon trees. He makes a living in Sports Marketing during the week and cooks with lemons and persimmons on the weekend. He also plays baseball against the inmates at San Quentin during the summer.
